Anne-Marie Mizel
Based in Pittsburgh, Anne-Marie Mizel's practice extends nationwide. Ms. Mizel's research and analysis skills have proven invaluable for many of the firm's cases. She has masterminded briefs in several different jurisdictions that have convinced appellate courts to make new law in civil rights, employment law, and civil procedure, often reversing unfavorable lower court decisions. Ms. Mizel has been part of the team in some of the firm's most successful cases, including the record-setting $3.3 million verdict in the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and numerous defense verdicts on behalf of the firm's business clients. Ms. Mizel's experience includes a broad range of litigation, labor negotiations and guidance for human resources management.
