For three decades attorney Arch Stokes has led international companies such as The Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts to create corporate cultures that produce higher profits, a more satisfying workplace, and increased customer loyalty.

Listed in "Who's Who in American Law," "The Best Lawyers In America," and "Who's Who in America," Arch is a pioneer in the field of employment law. He is one of the first employment attorneys in America to connect the dots between a corporation's brand and its relationship with employees. Arch continues to help clients recognize that their relationship with employees is the architecture of their premium brand names.

His clients include large and small corporations within and outside of the U.S. Arch has spoken to thousands of people all over the world about his creative approach to preventive law, and the impact corporate culture and conflict avoidance have on the workplace.

Arch has participated in more than 200 takeovers. His passion, optimism and legal training help diffuse these high-intensity situations. In each instance, he eases the company through the change or disruption to its corporate culture. As a trial lawyer, Arch has tried lawsuits in more than 30 states and in several countries.
