Karl M. Terrell
In more than 20 years of practice, Karl Terrell has established a remarkable record of success in business and employment related litigation. Karl has tried cases and represented clients in more than 20 states in a wide range of state and federal courts, as well as numerous federal and state administrative agencies, including the Wage & Hour Division, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board. He has extensive experience in all aspects of labor/employment issues, and related business and insurance matters. This work has included hundreds of hours directly involved in collective bargaining negotiations throughout the country, in addition to strategic business planning for clients dealing with unions, business takeovers, and the application of relevant labor and employment laws.
As one of the firm's key strategists and negotiators, Mr. Terrell's practice includes work for Carlson Companies, Formex Manufacturing, The Greenbrier, Interstate Hotels, The Melrose Hotel Company, The Newport Hotel Group, Ocean Hospitalities, The Procaccianti Group, Texas Wings, and US Franchise Systems, among others.
Karl is a former Instructor of Law at the Cecil B. Day School of Hospitality Administration, Robinson College of Business, at Georgia State University in Atlanta.
