Lanna R. Hill
Ms. Hill is an associate in the firm's Atlanta office. She focuses her practice in labor and employment law and commercial litigation. Her experience includes representing clients in litigation matters involving claims brought pursuant to the ADEA, ADA, Title VII, OSHA, FMLA and FLSA. She regularly advises clients on daily workplace issues involving equal opportunity and leave laws, garnishment and wage payment issues, and represents clients in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and other state and federal agencies. In addition, Ms. Hill frequently reviews and drafts complex agreements for clients. Her experience includes drafting hotel management agreements, separation and release agreements, and executive employment agreements for the firm's hospitality clients.
