Ronald R. Giusso
Mr. Giusso is an experienced trial attorney with a diverse litigation background. He focuses his practice in the areas of labor and employment law, complex, multi-party tort litigation and class actions. He has defended employers and management in a wide variety of employment litigation cases, from multi-plaintiff lawsuits alleging discrimination and harassment to successfully defeating certification in a number of wage and hour class actions. Mr. Giusso has also assisted employers in the prevention of litigation by conducting proactive audits to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Mr. Giusso draws on his experience as a defense attorney with the United States Navy, where he tried numerous cases before juries and judges and routinely won successful results for his clients. Presently, Mr. Giusso continues to serve in the United States Naval Reserve where he advises governmental employers. Mr. Giusso has significant experience in the areas of white-collar criminal defense and has represented executives and management in the course of internal, independent and government investigations.
