Shirley A. Gauvin

Ms. Gauvin is one of a very few attorneys in Southern California to achieve certification as Specialist in Appellate Law by the California Bar Association. She specializes in civil writs and appeals, defense of class action litigation, and Business & Professional Code section 17200 litigation, and in litigation coordination and insurance bad faith and coverage matters. Ms. Gauvin works closely with the insurance litigation department in the drafting of pre-trial and post-trial motions, evaluating issues for writ or appeal, and pursuing writs and/or appeals on behalf of the firm's clients.
