Theodore S. Lu
Mr. Lu is an associate in the firm's Atlanta office. He practices general civil litigation with an emphasis on labor and employment law. Since joining the firm, he has participated in a broad range of matters including client advisement on employment and separation agreements, litigation of torts and contract actions, settlement negotiations, and client counseling on a variety of compliance issues including wage/hour calculation.
Prior to joining Shea Stokes Roberts & Wagner, Mr. Lu served as law clerk for the Honorable Susan Crawford (Retired) of the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
