Peter G. Fischer
Peter received both his undergraduate and law degrees from Emory University. During law school, Peter was managing editor of the Emory International Law Review, chair of a symposium on global patent strategies in HIV/AIDS pharmaceuticals, volunteered as a high school debate coach, and won the Dean's Service Award.
Immediately after graduating from law school, Peter joined the United States Army as a Judge Advocate where he served near the DMZ in Korea and with an elite Special Forces unit in Afghanistan. As a judge advocate, Peter served as the prosecutor for over 25 courts-martial, gaining a near-perfect success rate in jury trials and judge-alone hearings.
Raised in the hotel industry, Peter combines his experience in military courtrooms with an intuitive understanding of the hospitality industry and its employees.
