Our business litigation cases range from complex corporate matters to local and individual disputes.
We represent clients involved in all types of business disputes such as corporate and partnership dissolutions, receiverships, breach of contract actions, business fraud, unfair business practices, unfair competition, RICO claims, securities transactions, false advertising, trade libel, claims against officers and directors, lender liability claims, franchise disputes, and claims arising out of governmental contracts.
We handle actions involving enforcement of creditors' and debtors' rights such as collection actions; judicial foreclosures of real property security; claims against guarantors and sureties; and actions to enforce personal property security instruments under Article 9 of the Commercial Code.
We advise businesses on the application of the Commercial Code to transact goods and actions to resolve commercial disputes. We also represent contractors, subcontractors, materialmen, owners and lenders in mechanics liens and stop notice claims.
