We represent insurance brokers, insurance agents, life agents and insurance solicitors in actions alleging professional negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and fraud. We represent insurance professionals who handle diverse insurance lines including but not limited to homeowners, fire and casualty, personal lines, group health and benefits plans, life insurance, professional liability, workers' compensation, commercial lines, automobile, employment practices liability and directors and officers.

We also regularly lecture to insurance brokers and life agents concerning errors and omissions loss prevention issues. Members of the firm are certified by the California Department of Insurance as continuing education providers for insurance agents and brokers.
